Ni tanto amiga, Venezuela fue el único país latino en el top 10 entre 1955-1956, Perú solo lo fue entre 1957/1959. Ya al pisar los 60 es Colombia. 

Van por 1962 y prácticamente estamos a la par, 15-Colombia; 16-Peru; 17-Venezuela

Iceland, population 182.000 back then, beat all the odds to win the Miss International title, with Gudrun Bjarnadóttir. The Icelandic claimed bronze in 1963, as the third most successful nation in beauty pageants that year.

País del año, teniendo en cuenta como les fue en los tres gs de ese tiempo que eran MI, MU, y MW.

La reina GS del año comenzó en 1998.
