Australia is set to shine on the global stage as 28 stunning contestants vie for the title of Miss Universe Australia 2024. The winner of this prestigious event will represent the nation at the 73rd Miss Universe pageant in Mexico, showcasing the beauty, intelligence, and charisma that Australia is renowned for.

Miss Universe Australia is the official preliminary to Miss Universe. Each year, the Miss Universe Australia program sees 130 of the country’s most inspirational and beautifully confident young women participate in an incredible self-development program like no other. Emerging with confidence, pride, friendships and networks, past participants have gone on to use their platforms to advocate for important world issues and build successful careers.

THE PROGRAM

Miss Universe Australia provides the country’s most ambitious, educated and beautifully confident young women a platform for advocacy and growth, and a chance at the Miss Universe Australia title. This self-development program offers once-in-a-lifetime experiences and opportunities, with past titleholders going on to achieve roles including E! News Presenter, Channel 7 Olympics commentary host, paediatric doctor at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Channel 10 national news anchor, published author, and United Nations Ambassador. 

Every year, one finalist is crowned Miss Universe Australia and goes on to proudly represent their country on the International Miss Universe Stage. In addition to the lifelong friendships and newfound confidence gained throughout the program, past finalists have received incredible prizes, including an apartment for their reign, paid ambassadorships with global brands, a $20,000 ‘NSR Hire’ business and education grant, a car for the duration of their reign, and much more.
