- MISS WORLD: The mother of all pageants, it´s the first and most popular contest in most nations. Created by Eric Morley in 1951 and ran by his wife Julia Morley after his death, in 2000, it is a unique competition which values charitable work and beauty inside and out more than any other. Beauty With a Purpose is its motto and the core of the Miss World winners´ activities. Its headquarters are located in London, UK.  The pageant, held annually, reunites about 120 competitors each year.

It is very interesting to note that in Miss World several countries currently “share” power, with no one really standing out as the major powerhose. South Africa remains the leader, but by a very small point difference to Mexico and Philippines, who are tied in 2nd place. Mexico, by the way, jumped from 9th to 2nd place afer winning this year´s title. France has also taken a considerable jump, going from the 8th to the 4th position in the ranking. China is back in the top 10, going up four notches, from 12th to 8th.

Russia, on the other hand, suffered a terrible fall after losing its 2008 victory points and placing only among the top 30 in 2018, stumbling from 4th to 16th place. And if Russia lost 12 precious positions, Thailand went up the same amount of positions, after placing 2nd in this year´s pageant: previously 30th, now it´s 18th in our ranking, up 12.

After placing for the first time in history and reaching the Top 5, Belarus and Uganda come into Miss World´s Ranking in 48th place, which is not bad at all.

And how about the Cook Islands, population 17,000 people? Having placed for the 2nd time in just two years, it´s now in an unbelievable 56th position!

Bueno amor, esto es un ranking que solo ven los fanaticos enfermos de los concursos de belleza. Ahora, si tú te vas a la página del MW a revisar estadísticas el pais con más coronas, más virreinas y más finalistas en este evento, adivina quien es? Yes, the one and only power house Venezuela

La ausencia de enviarle la ganadora a la vieja querrás decir, recuerda que hemos humillado a los Morley hasta mandando pegadas hahahahaha y aún así somos el pais con más corona junto a India (pero nosotros con las finalistas y virreinas) ?
