Dayanara Torres to Filipinos: 'Miss na miss ko na kayo'

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines has remained in the heart of Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres after all these years.

Expressing just how much she misses the country which she pertains to as her "second home," the former beauty queen posted a photo of her "Pinoy" stash which includes dried mangoes coated in chocolate, polvoron and the Philippine flag on Instagram.

The Puerto Rican beauty, who is also the youngest Miss Universe ever at 18 years old, also said she is excited over the news that the Philippines will be hosting Miss Universe early next year.

Dayanara, who was previously tagged as the Philippines's “Dancing Queen,” spent more than five years in the country in the mid-90s where she did movies and regularly performed on ABS-CBN's variety show “ASAP."
