Miss Philippines, Janine Mari Tugonon's official competition gown created by Colombian Designer, Alfredo Barazza is in Las Vegas already!

We just hope that the gown fits her well and won't be needing any adjustments just like Venus Raj's gown in 2010. That year, we had to drive to Las Vegas and bring a professional sewer with her portable sewing machine and repair the gown in 2 hours!
