In 2nd position is the woman with the best transformation this year, Puerto Rico continues to move up on our list and continues to impress us with her communication abilities and styling varieties. Australia, once again she is back in our Top 5, the spark and aura that we saw in this woman in the beginning when she topped our 2nd Hot Picks is shining once again, her presence is impactful and hands down one of the best speakers this year. Mexico takes our 4th position as of the moment, using her social media for the right causes and standing for what she believes in is something Mexico has been very keen about, she's been in our Top 5 since she's been crowned and we don't see her falling out anytime soon. Concluding our Top 5 is our previous leader, Cambodia. Once again we'll say this, the aura this woman has on stage especially when she's delivering a message is unmatched this year, we do hope she's going to be styled right because she is a definite crowned contender.
