So today was the preliminary hearing and what happened is that the judge stated that there IS a case and the lawsuit proceeds! That is because on Friday, Sargardía (MUPR Org's lawyer) submitted a legal resource to dismiss the complaint. However everything seems to be in Kristhielee's favor at the moment according to our sources. The trial will be the 21st and 22nd of July; and while they evaluate all of the evidence and a judgment is made, the judge ordered that Kristhielee is to receive limited training until the days of trial. The training will include diction, catwalk and etiquette and it is to be provided by the MUPR Org. If Kristhielee loses the case, then the costs of said training will be considered litigation expenses.

LA QUE ESTA MAL IMFORMADA ERES TU EL JUICIO SE FIJO PARA EL 21 DE JULIO LO DIJO SU ABOGADO YA ES UN HECHO QUE ABRA JUICIO LP UNICO QUE QUEDO POR VERSE EN UNOS DIAS ES SI LE CONCENDEN  QUE LA ORGANIZACION LA SIGA PREPARANDO HASTA EL DIA DEL JUICIO PERO EL JUICIO VA Y TIENE FECHA

Esta muchacha deberia resignarse no ir al miss universe 1. Si gana la demada le haran la vida imposible en la preparación haran todo de mala ganas 2. Si se pega en miss universe como puede que pase las críticas le caeran el doble Desiree se regocijara y le dira a la prensa que ella siempre lo supo... 3. Ella debio solo demandar para que le dieran dinero es decir por daños y prejuicios no joder mas de ahi.
