1. MEXICO ~ Wendolly Esparza

> Wendolly is undoubtedly one of the frontrunners in the 2015 edition of Miss Universe. She doesn't have the typical Mexican-beauty that we see each year, which is a breath of fresh air. She has a very strong look which works very well for her. I am amazed with her transformation since the national pageant. I wish to see her with a stronger performance than what she did during the national selection. I still can't get over Joselyn's exclusion last year, so I hope Wendolly will come prepared and bring back Mexico on track.

2. COLOMBIA ~ Ariadna Gutierrez

> Beauty definitely runs in the family as Ariadna is the cousin of our current Miss Universe, Paulina Vega. I wouldn't mind if Colombia will win back-to-back. Ariadna is a very strong contender in every inch. As of the moment, she is the most prepared contender in my opinion. She can compete anytime because she looks polished and ready. She truly deserves a placement not less than Top 5.

3. JAPAN ~ Ariana Miyamoto

> Japan brought something new to the table after crowning Ariana who was born from an African American father and a Japanese mother. Ariana has a very huge chance to be noticed and to bring back Japan in the semifinals after 6 years of nonplacements. I am hoping that Miss Japan Org will not waste time to prepare Ariana because this opportunity doesn't come all the time.

4. PUERTO RICO ~ Catalina Morales

> This Colombian-Puerto Rican will be a force to reckon with. There is something about Catalina that I really love. She kind of remind me of Nia Sanchez, but a lot better. She has an amazing body, she's a huge upgrade from last years' Gabriela Berrios and she sings too.

5. BELGIUM ~ Annelies Toros

> Annelies has a dual nationality, Hungarian-Belgian. Annelies has a very huge potential to be one of the frontrunners. If she looks beautiful in professional shots, she looks even more beautiful in candids. If the organization will take this seriously and give Annelies some decent wardrobe and sufficient training. She might end up the Belgian drought in Miss Universe.

6. VENEZUELA ~ Mariana Jimenez

> This Venezuelan beauty queen also represented her country in Miss Grand International 2013, where she finished in the Top 10. Personally, I find her as a weak contender for someone who is representing Venezuela. I find her beauty --- average, in most times. Although, I have to give credits to her because she looks amazing during her national pageant and she gave a decent performance. I have to watch for her though, because there's definitely a huge transformation coming.

7. PHILIPPINES ~ Pia Wurtzbach

> After a long way to get the crown, this Filipino-German will finally compete in the Miss Universe pageant. Beauty-wise, Pia got one of the most beautiful faces this year. However, I do see her representing us in different international pageants, but not Miss Universe. I wish Janicel and Pia could switch places. Miss Universe is a competition filled with stomping divas on stage and it would take a lot, and I mean a lot of preparation for Pia. I am not a big fan of her performance but competing in Miss Universe means extreme preparation for just a short time. I love her perseverance to compete and finally win it. If she really wants to place high in Miss Universe, she needs to triple all the efforts she did. But I know she will never disappoint her country.

8. NICARAGUA ~ Daniela Torres

> Probably one of the most beautiful that I have seen representing Nicaragua. If Daniela could give a performance as strong as Nastasja Bolivar, I bet she could get a placement. I love how she looked during her national pageant. She looks very beautiful when she smiles. The gown she wore during the national pageant was very tacky and was expected to fail, but Daniela worked it and it made her look outstanding. I have very high hopes for her.

9. ECUADOR ~ Francesca Cipriani

> There is a reason why I chose Francesca as my bet for Miss Ecuador and I am glad she won it. Her beauty is something that others will like and others wont. However, I love the sweetness of Francesca. Everything in her seems very natural and she is not trying to hard. She is also giving me a Susana Rivadeneira vibe. Francesca's performance during the national pageant was superb and that could be her advantage. Hope she will be trained in Venezuela as well just like Constanza Baez and Alejandra Argudo.

10. SLOVAK REPUBLIC ~ Denisa Vysnovskova

> I hate to say this, but there's definitely a huge difference on how Denisa looks in a professional shots and in candids. But what made me love Denisa is her very fun attitude. She is very confident and she knows how to make herself standout. Her personality is very likeable. Pageant-wise, if she will be styled properly and will be trained will, she will have a chance of placing.

11. INDONESIA ~ Anindya Kusuma Putri

> From the time Whulandary and Elvira was crowned, I fell in love with them right away. But I felt opposite for Anindya. I didn't see or expect her to win at all. Facially, she's a huge downgrade from her predecessors. Her smile is a bit weird for me. However, with how the organization handled and trained Whulan and Elvira, I will expect that they will transform Anindya. I will not throw Anindya right away, I will be keeping my eye on her because I know she will surprise us in the future.

12. SERBIA ~ Dasa Radosavljevic

> I love Dasa's beauty. She may not be as beautiful as Andjelka Tomasevic but she is very transformable. This will all depend on how will they style and transform her. Andjelka's chances was gone after that poor styling and average performance. I hope they will not commit the same mistake with Dasa

Van bien las favoritas, igual es un top 12, y aún hay candidatas que fácilmente pueden salir al ser escogigas fuertes competidoras como USA, Australia, Russia, Ucrania.
